Our GynSurgery team consists of five female surgeons: Dr. med. Bettina von Seefried, Gudrun Mehring, Dr. med. Juliette Schmid-Lossberg, Dr. med. Claudia S. Hutzli Schaltegger and Dr. med. Our inpatients receive comprehensive care from the indication for surgery through to recovery. We operate at various clinics and offer a wide range of surgical procedures, including
- Breast operations: Treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the breast, including lymph node removal.
- Abdominal surgery: Operations on the ovaries and uterus, mainly using minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopic) and, if necessary, open surgery.
- Myoma treatments: Tissue-sparing removal of fibroids using Sonata.
- Surgery for vaginal prolapse and pelvic floor weakness: Surgical correction from the vaginal side.

We are also happy to be available to our referring physicians as a partner for operations. As a patient, you remain with your usual doctor and are treated by us during your hospitalisation and for the operation.
