These Terms and Conditions apply to all medical services and appointments provided by gynhealth AG. By using any of our services, the patient agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be booked by telephone, email, or through the online booking platform of gynhealth AG. Appointment confirmations will be sent via the same or a similar communication channel.
If a patient is unable to attend an appointment, it must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If an appointment is not cancelled in time or the patient fails to attend, gynhealth AG reserves the right to charge a fee of CHF 140. This fee is not covered by health insurance. This policy serves to compensate for reserved resources and to ensure fairness towards other patients.
3. Payment Terms
Medical enquiries submitted by email or telephone to our physicians may be billed in accordance with the TarDoc tariff system. Our physicians will respond to your enquiry to the best of their knowledge and ability within 24 hours on working days.
For complex enquiries requiring consultation with additional specialists, the response time may be extended. Costs may be partially covered by your health insurance provider.
For patients residing and insured in Switzerland, outpatient services are billed according to the TarDoc tariff. Billing is processed electronically through the health insurance provider.
Invoices are transmitted via the Curabill portal both to the insurance company and as a copy to the patient. The invoice copy is sent either by email or by post.
Patients residing outside Switzerland are subject to self-pay rates. Payment can be made on-site, by credit card, or in cash.
Patients residing in Switzerland but insured abroad will receive their invoice by post.
